As one of the inaugural artists selected by The Episcopal Church’s Communications Office, I was commissioned to design a series of bilingual social media graphics for the Christmas collects. These designs, created in both English and Spanish, are distributed across the entire Episcopal Church for use by congregations and dioceses during the Christmas season.
The project’s goal was to create timeless, prayerful word-art that could serve the global Episcopal community, balancing reverence with approachability and clarity. My designs use typographic composition as the central visual element, interpreting each collect’s theological depth through form, rhythm, and light.
Through this work, I helped shape the visual identity of a new global communications initiative, supporting the Church’s mission to provide accessible, high-quality resources for digital ministry. The resulting graphics invite reflection and celebration, uniting Episcopalians around the world through shared prayer and thoughtful design.
